an early blockchain pioneer. A Buddhist monk turned computer scientist (Newsweek), Anuj pioneered blockchain buildouts for Nasdaq and Ubisoft. In 2017, Anuj co-founded Stratumn which introduced onchain proof-of-process techniques, including novel STARKs and precursors to current-gen account abstraction. As co-founder of COALA, an interdisciplinary blockchain governance thinktank, Anuj worked on the forefront of governance, law and policy concerning Ethereum and the broader crypto ecosystem. Based in France, Anuj is active globally.
a blockchain enigma. An early Bitcoiner and founding Etherean, Vlad was a key architect of Ethereum’s transition to proof-of-stake. Over the past decade, Vlad has been a tireless advocate for responsible Ethereum scaling, inclusive blockchain governance, and greater security. Among numerous technical breakthroughs, Vlad pioneered CBC Casper, an oligopoly-resistant correct-by-construction family of proof-of-stake protocols. comes to STXN from bloXroute where he led the development of chain-agnostic intent networks, deepening his expertise in MEV market dynamics and Ethereum client architectures, including Geth, Flashbots, and Reth implementations. With over 15 years of deep back-end software development and technical leadership, Kyrylo has led engineering teams across fintech, crypto exchanges, and DeFi ecosystems—Ethereum, Bitcoin, Cosmos/Kava, Solana, Cardano, Tezos, among others—and optimized node deployments across major cloud and bare-metal platforms.
an Ethereum core dev and recognized expert in distributed systems, blockchain security, and high-load software development. Working with the Ethereum Foundation and Polygon, Evgenii has been instrumental in building top crypto infrastructure across multiple ecosystems, including Ethereum, Fantom, Solana, Cosmos, and advanced zero-knowledge (ZK) technologies. Before blockchain, Evgenii led high-load protocol development at global tech leaders Alibaba and Lazada. He also contributed to frontier Ethereum research at Status.im, focusing on ultra-light clients, micropayments, and peer-to-peer service models.
comes to STXN from Google. Following Google’s acquisition of his prior startup, Evgeny spent more than 17 years in multiple roles at Google (Zurich). Among other accomplishments, Evgeny architected and engineered privacy solutions that are in use by billions of people. At STXN, Evgeny designed and implemented deployment of the Lestnet, app integration, cross chain contract migration, and currently implements migration to STXN v2.
specializes in decentralized applications, Layer 2 scaling solutions, and smart contract engineering. Rish has been in the blockchain space since 2019, building a range of decentralized applications, including DeFi protocols such as AMMs, perpetuals, and vault systems. At STXN, he oversaw the development and deployment of STXN v1 across multiple EVM testnets and played a key role in operating STXN’s devnet, Lestnet. Collaborating closely with the team, Rish has also been a major contributor to the research and development of STXN v2. His strong focus on code quality and security reflects his goal of building a truly decentralized future.
specializes in blockchain and mobile app development. At Deqode, Ravi built NFT marketplaces and Layer 2 applications leveraging ERC721 and ERC1155 tokens. He further expanded his skill set at LIVIO, mastering full-stack development including Ruby on Rails, Firebase, and advanced UI/UX design. At STXN, Ravi develops, deploys, and maintains all front ends, including deployment of BlockClock, a mobile app embedding a decentralized network time protocol (dNTP). Passionate about community engagement, Ravi ranks among the top contributors on StackOverflow and actively shares insights on software development.

A highly creative professional with a keen eye for UX/UI design and user-centered solutions, Maria has contributed to renowned brands such as Benetton, Faena Group, and S.Pellegrino. At STXN, she leverages her intercultural expertise and meticulous organizational skills to drive market research, community engagement, and sustainable business growth. A cool hunter at heart, she is actively involved in Boys Club, SheFi, CGC, Zuzalu, SSC & højskole education.
a leading Ethereum, blockchain, and distributed systems architect known for his deep contributions to Ethereum’s core development and governance. Alongside Vitalik Buterin, he co-authored Ethereum’s pivotal EIP-1559 fee market upgrade, helping redesign the network’s transaction fee mechanism. Rick is also the founder of Laconic Network, where he leads the development of innovative trustless data verification protocols for Web3 applications. An Ethereum veteran, he previously founded the R&D firm Vulcanize and worked on critical Ethereum infrastructure projects with the Ethereum Foundation.
